3. Project Timeline
We commit to delivering services within the agreed timeline. However, delays caused by incomplete inputs or approvals from the client may result in timeline adjustments.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide all necessary materials, including logos, images, content, and access credentials, in a timely manner.
5. Revisions and Changes
- The project includes a specified number of revisions, as detailed in the agreement. Additional changes beyond the scope may incur extra charges.
- Revisions must be requested within the project timeline.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
- Upon final payment, ownership of the website and its content will be transferred to the client.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing, and fees for completed work will apply.
8. Confidentiality
We ensure the confidentiality of all client information and materials shared during the project.
9. Liability
True Cause Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services provided.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of these terms, including non-payment or failure to provide necessary materials.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved amicably or through legal channels, as necessary.
